Linda Verde

Linda Verde means "beautiful" or "cute" green in Spanish. Linda was also my mom's name, and she loved a particular mild green hot sauce that was the inspiration for this. Made from green jalapenos, they are fully cored to preserve their fantastic flavor while removing as much capsaicinoid as possible, making this an extremely mild sauce... but don't think for a minute that means "boring"... we don't do "boring"! Adding the fresh herbal notes of cilantro and citrus lime zing, this seemingly utilitarian sauce punches WAY above its weight on the flavor scale. Order two... because you'll go through one before I can get you another one! ;)
